Crypto.com and Triple-A have formed a strategic partnership to simplify crypto payments for users and merchants worldwide.

Beginning in Singapore, Crypto.com users will soon be able to shop with crypto directly from their wallets at top e-commerce brands across industries like fashion, travel, and gaming.

Conversion fees will be eliminated through the partnership, with Triple-A allowing payments to be made without converting crypto to fiat.

Triple-A also offers a fully regulated solution that protects merchants from crypto volatility. Payments are converted instantly to local currency, with next-day settlements, ensuring predictable operations without the need to manage or report crypto assets.

“Our collaboration allows merchants to provide Crypto.com users with an optimized digital currency payment user journey,” said Eric Barbier, CEO at Triple-A.

“With Crypto.com as an additional payment option, select merchants can accept crypto without exposure to volatility, thanks to our instant conversion model, and settle transactions in their preferred currency with next-day bank deposits,” Barber added.

Eric Anziani, president and COO of Crypto.com, said the exchange is constantly looking to integrate "crypto payments into real-world scenarios and enhance shopping experiences for [their] users" and the partnership with Triple-A enables it to expand "crypto payments to a range of popular brands."

Crypto.com has formed a series of partnerships to expand its retail offerings. A few months ago, the exchange partnered with global banking giant Standard Chartered to improve the efficiency and utility of customers’ crypto journeys by enabling them to transfer traditional currencies (fiat) like USD, EUR, and AED to and from their Crypto.com accounts.

The exchange also inked a deal with PayPal to offer crypto purchases for users in the United States.

The feature, which will soon be available beyond the US, allows users to connect their PayPal and Crypto.com wallets to transfer funds from the former to the latter to buy cryptocurrencies.
