Singapore Gears Up for Record-Breaking TOKEN2049: 20,000 Attendees Expected
The world’s biggest crypto event, TOKEN2049, is poised to shatter attendance records at its upcoming Singapore edition. Scheduled for September 18-19 at the iconic Marina Bay Sands, the conference anticipates welcoming a staggering 20,000 attendees from over 150 countries, solidifying its position as the premier global gathering for the Web3 ecosystem.
With exhibition space selling out in record time, mirroring the overwhelming demand witnessed at TOKEN2049 Dubai earlier this year, organizers urge attendees to secure their tickets promptly before they disappear.
"We're thrilled to host the year's largest crypto event," Alex Fiskum, co-founder of TOKEN2049, said in a statement. "With double the attendees from last year and a significantly expanded space at Marina Bay Sands, it's no surprise that exhibition space sold out a month in advance. We expect a sell-out for tickets as well and look forward to welcoming the global crypto community for our most dynamic TOKEN2049 experience yet."
This year's TOKEN2049 boasts an expanded speaker lineup featuring Formula 1 champions, pop culture icons, and leading figures from Web3, AI, finance, and technology. New additions include Oracle Red Bull Racing's Max Verstappen, Grammy-nominated artist Iggy Azalea, and Blueprint Founder Bryan Johnson. They join a powerhouse roster that already includes Binance CEO Richard Teng, Solana founder Anatoly Yakovenko, whistleblower Edward Snowden, and renowned entrepreneur Balaji Srinivasan.
A new highlight of this year's event is startup competition NEXUS, which is looking for ambitious early-stage crypto projects to compete on a global stage. Selected participants will vie to impress thousands of attendees and a judging panel of foremost venture capitalists, as they journey to become the next crypto unicorn.
