Duleesha Kulasooriya, Southeast Asia managing director at Deloitte Center of the Edge, spoke to Blockhead about the emergence of the metaverse, and how this new iteration of the internet and its multifaceted nature will impact Asia.

Kulasooriya has researched, written and spoken extensively about dynamic ecosystems, emerging business landscapes.

Born in Sri Lanka, and studied and lived in the US for nearly three decades, Duleesha holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Engineering and a BA in Economics from Swarthmore College. He recently relocated to Singapore with his family.
